No fee schedule for a stand-alone zoning verification or zoning-classification letter could be located among the City's published fee documents during this research. The Planning Department's Subdivision and Zoning section (subdivisionandzoning@okc.gov, 405-297-2623) is the office that answers zoning-classification and compliance questions for a specific address; whether it currently charges a fee for a written letter, and how much, is unconfirmed and should be verified directly with that office rather than assumed to be free. A corporation is a different story entirely, and one worth getting right because the old assumption is now wrong: Oklahoma repealed its corporate franchise tax outright, with 2023 the last year a return was required.
