Section 9-6-10(B)(1), added by Council Bill O-24-46 (passed October 7, 2024), then applies a 0.25 multiplier to Mobile Food Establishment permit fees, giving $50 to $275 a year; a Class C unit (advanced food preparation) at risk category 3, for example, pays 0.25 × $900 = $225.
