On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Permit (Rockwall County)

A business premises in Rockwall County that will use a septic system needs an on-site sewage facility permit from the county's Environmental Health Coordinator. The county's application form, "APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING AN ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILTY PERMIT", marked "Revised April 2026", has a Commercial check box and states: "Rockwall County has a minimum lot size of 1.5 acres of useable land."
