The fee follows a valuation-based sliding scale: $150 flat for a project valued up to $500, rising through $175 plus $12.66 per $1,000 of valuation from $2,000 to $25,000, and $1,068.50 plus $5.60 per $1,000 from $100,000 to $500,000, per the Building Permit Fee Schedule 'Attachment A' effective September 30, 2024. A plan-review fee equal to 65% of the building-permit fee applies to every permit type under the same schedule.
