Covers sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and other fixed fire suppression systems (including kitchen hood suppression, per the restaurant checklist's own reference to obtaining 'hood suppression, fire alarm and sprinkler permits' from the Fire Department before construction).
Place of Assembly Permit
Verifies the Fire Prevention Bureau's own occupancy-load qualification of a 'place of assembly.' The restaurant checklist's own Final Phase confirms this is obtained by returning to the Fire Department after all other final inspections are complete, immediately before the Certificate of Occupancy and Business License issue.
