Day Care Center Food Service Permit
Applies only to a child care center that prepares food on site, layered on top of Minnesota's own child-care facility license. The city's fee schedule lists no separate child-care permit fee.
Food Establishment Permit
Olmsted County Public Health Services runs food-service permitting county-wide, including Rochester — a delegated model distinct from Minneapolis (city-run) and St. Paul (state-run directly).
