About each permit

Veterinary Facility Permit — Arkansas Veterinary Board Fee Rule

No fee is listed for this record: the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners' fee rule (209.01.24 Ark. Code R. 002, Veterinary Medical License and Certificate Fees) sets fees for licensure by examination and by endorsement ($100 each), annual active ($100) and inactive ($25) renewal, temporary permits and restricted licenses ($50 each), reissuance ($10), veterinary technician certification, and a corporate practice certificate — $35 to apply and $10 a year to renew, due by March 31. That fee schedule lists no premises or facility permit for a veterinary practice.
