Licenses run January 1 to December 31, fees are prorated for the remainder of a year and paid in advance, and the application is filed with the County Clerk (§21-2-6). Figures are per Chapter 21 as posted in the County Code (Supplement No. 31, 09-01-11). Section 21-2-10 requires a dram shop insurance binder before any license is issued.
